Aritar is a sub-division of Rongli, situated at an elevation of 4600 ft which is bounded by mount Kanchenjunga.
This region has dense forest, mountains and lakes, the main attraction here is Lampokhari Lake ( Aritar Lake), Aritar monastery, Mangkhim top , Mangkhim temple, Dark Bungalow and tracking routes to Rachela peak.
